Patrick Hourihane was born and raised in Rochester, NH. He received his bachelors of Communication from the University of New Hampshire. He is currently a Licensed Broker in New Hampshire, Maine, and Massachusetts. He has experience with first-time buyers, investors, estates, "HUD" homes, foreclosures, short sales, commercial property, waterfront, land and more.
He is currently on the Board of Directors for the Rochester Chamber of Commerce, Vice Chairman of The Rochester Governmental Affairs committee, and has served on the Rochester Opera House board of Directors. He is an active member of the National Association of REALTORS, Maine Association of REALTORS, and New Hampshire association of REALTORS. He is also a volunteer EMT for McGregor Memorial EMS.
Patrick currently resides in Dover NH with his wife Sarah Hourihane. Sarah is an architect at Destefano Architects in Portsmouth NH.
